Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-30

This Cookie Policy explains how OrdenStock uses cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's local storage) on our website, app and public catalogs, and how you can control them.

1. What cookies are

Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data saved in your browser. Some are needed for a website to work; others help us understand how it is used.

2. Strictly necessary (always on)

These are required for the Service and cannot be turned off. They do not track you across other websites.

  • sign-in session and security tokens, and trusted-device information;
  • your language, currency and display preferences;
  • your cookie choice itself;
  • on public catalogs: the shopping cart, a random anonymous visitor ID used for the vendor's visit statistics, and notices you have closed.

3. Analytics (only with your consent)

If you click "Accept", our hosting platform's analytics tool (PostHog) loads to measure page visits and how features are used, and may record anonymized sessions to help us fix problems. It sets its own cookies. If you click "Reject", or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it does not load.

4. Third-party pages

When you pay, you are taken to Stripe's checkout page, which uses its own cookies under Stripe's policies. WhatsApp links open the WhatsApp app or website, which is governed by WhatsApp's policies. We do not use advertising or social media tracking cookies.

5. Managing your choice

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of our pages. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings; strictly necessary storage will be created again when you use the Service, and deleting it signs you out.

6. Changes and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy and will post the new version on this page with a new date. Questions: support@ordenstock.com
