These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OrdenStock, an online inventory, sales and catalog management service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials and two-factor authentication methods secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.
Only the vendor (account holder) logs into OrdenStock. Customers who view your public catalog, order tracking pages, receipts or feedback forms do not need an account.
New Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged.
The Pro plan costs US$14.99 per month after the free trial, billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method each billing period. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend Pro features until payment succeeds.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period after the notice.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription (Stripe customer portal). Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access to Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for, after which your account returns to the free plan.
Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused time, except where required by law.
Your data is not deleted when you cancel. You can export it or ask us to delete your account at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
You own the data and content you add to OrdenStock (products, photos, prices, clients, sales and orders). You give us a limited license to host, process and display it only to operate the Service, for example to show your public catalog.
You are responsible for your products, prices, taxes, deliveries and customer relationships, and for having a lawful basis to contact your customers. Orders placed through your catalog are agreements between you and your customers; OrdenStock is not a party to them.
We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. Third-party services (such as Stripe, WhatsApp and email providers) are governed by their own terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrdenStock will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above, and we will notify you by email of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
